Mike Tyson has finally delivered his opinion of the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Several fighters and athletes have already pivoted their opinion on the matter, with Jake Paul calling out the Russian President for a boxing scrap on his Instagram handle.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian fighters have actively participated in serving the nation amid an ongoing crisis. Former heavyweight champions, Wladimir Klitschko and Vitali Klitschko were one of the first to join the Ukrainian frontline. Following that, current heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk and ex-lightweight champion Vasyl Lomachenko have also walked the same path.
Recently, Mike Tyson also shed his views on the Ukrainian people in an exclusive interaction with Fox Business.

Mike said, “Well, listen the history of Ukraine tells they are tough people, who they have been dealing with since the beginning of the time, the Russians. Who they have been fighting? The Russians”
“This is just, it became a business war at first because the Russians financed Ukraine. But since so many people got involved this became a war of humanity.”
Mike Tyson was also asked whether he would entertain an exhibition scrap against Wladimir Klitschko, to raise charitable funds. Tyson has previously fought for charitable events. However, he denied doing it this time. Tyson billed Klitschko’s actions as something which is already a charitable task.

Aged 55, Tyson no longer needs to risk his health inside the boxing ring. A lucrative paycheck can urge him to re-lace the gloves. But Tyson has shown no such motivation till now. Besides, Evander Holyfield suffered a crushing loss on his returning bout against Vitor Belfort.
It ended all hopes of a possible comeback to the ring again. While Tyson wouldn’t face a deficit in finding potential opponents, his sheer age and existing activities may keep him at a range from the sport of boxing.
